Color Splash

The snow finally arrived just before sunrise and, as I write this, it appears to have stopped completely. Went food shopping this early this morning and had the entire supermarket to myself. Slowly cruised my cart by this beautiful, in your face colorful bouquet of summery flowers and had to have them. It's almost lunchtime and I thought I'd bring you a splash of color for those of you buried under a snowy white blanket.

Two other shots follow, the first from nearby woods after a storm the day after Christmas and the second of the Mercer Museum, located in Doylestown, PA, I shot on a walk earlier this week.

Now I'm off to see what's for lunch and to shovel the deck.

Namaste
Chris

Chris, I'm happy the snow that I have send over to you has finally arrived (I tried so hard that we literally have no more snow here :-) sigh I can still come to look at your wonderful pictures, enjoy the white peaceful beauty, even the shoveling ... and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the second picture, it's a pure beauty - how do you do it??? happy weekend, sending love your way.

Happy New Year! Hopefully you didn't have too much shoveling to do. We're getting ready to have some more snow here tonight. It's not supposed to be too bad though.
