Today's temperature is suppose to reach 94 so I thought I'd share with you a cool and creamy treat from one of the best artisanal ice cream makers around. The above serving of pineapple/coconut ice cream, at least I think that's what it is, is courtesy of O WOW COW.
Their website is not fully functional yet but their ice cream is definitely to die for!!!
I'd also like to share with you a great quote by Jim Fiebig who said, Age does not diminish the extreme disappointment of having a scoop of ice cream fall from the cone.
I hate when that happens.
