WDVR Goes Irish

Tonight radio station WDVR pulled out all the stops for their Big Irish Show & Supper held at the Virginia Napurano Cultural Arts Center located in Sergeantsville, New Jersey. The lively music of Piper's Request and Turning Tides complimented a delicious Irish Supper Buffet of corned beef and cabbage, Colcannon, carrots, potatoes, coleslaw, and cabbage and noodles. Let's not forget the Irish soda bread or an Irish whiskey soaked cake, for those over 21 only, as well as homemade brownies and cookies.

Here a few photos from tonight's event I hope you'll all enjoy.

If you're looking for a great time listening to some great local musicians and bands and enjoying some simple, down-to-earth good food, then check out WDVR's concert schedule for our next concert on Saturday, March 17th at 7:00 p.m. featuring International Guitar Virtuoso Beppe Gambetta.

An independent radio station featuring Country, Bluegrass, Folk, Jazz, Oldies and more, WDVR is totally owned and operated solely by (unpaid) staff members and volunteers. It is also totally supported by the generosity of our dedicated listeners and concert goers.

Namaste
Chris
